Monkey Bread
  • 3 cans refrigerated biscuits (jumbo biscuits, like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2-3 TBSP cinnamon
  • ½ cup real butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  1. In medium sized bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. Open the biscuits and using a knife or clean kitchen scissors, cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Roll biscuit pieces in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
  4. Place biscuit pieces into a well greased (I used baking spray) bundt pan.
  5. In small saucepan over medium heat, add butter and brown sugar. Stir often until mixture is well blended, sugar is melted, and mixture begins to boil.
  6. Pour brown sugar mixture over biscuits in bundt pan.
  7. Bake in preheated 350* oven for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Cool about 10-15 minutes and carefully invert onto large plate.
  9. Enjoy!
